Khurana Eye Care Center

Dr. Khurana is a very good doctor and provides excellent treatment. However, I had a painful eye condition when I went to get my appointment, and I informed the staff about it. They told me they would arrange for an early consultation, but they gave appointment tokens to everyone in the line before me, and even a few people who came after me were given priority. I had to wait nearly two hours before I was finally sent in to see the doctor. I noticed that some patients were being sent in immediately without much waiting, but I wasn’t sure why I wasn’t given the same consideration despite my condition. The staff didn’t provide any special assistance even though I explained I was in a lot of pain. That being said, the doctor is excellent, and his treatment is very effective. The overall behavior of the staff is polite, but I hope they improve the management of appointments for patients in urgent need.

Unmanaged parking area along with the busy traffic in the locality creates a crowded ambience. The doctor is nice and provides patient satisfaction.

My Mother has done cataract surgery for both eyes at Khurana eye care center. We are extremely satisfied with the results and the post-surgery care and consultation from the doctors. Dr. Kapil & Dr. Nidhi are highly talented in eye care consultation and surgery. They are incredibly polite and want to help the patients in the best way. Undoublty this is the best eye care center in Chhatarpur.
