Whole staff is very caring and helpful specially Tanu di. Excellent service. Hospital is also very clean and hygienic. Best eyecare hospital in Chindwara for eye treatment. I just had a problem that the machines are not sanitized after checkup.

We all are also very happy with the management and doctors and Dr. Swapna Sahare ji , Dr. Smita Sapate and Nurse Miss Tanu ji and all other staff at Contact Care Eye Hospital, Chhindwara. Behavior with the patients and Quality testing and also cleaning is very good and satisfactory hospital.

Money Grabbers, Unnecessary tests and medicine. All 5 ⭐ reviews are fake and they force to give them 5 star reviews. They even asked me to give them my phone so that they can leave a 5 star review to themselve. Their only focus is money. Time and money wasted 👎.

Doctor and staff behavior is very polite and good. They have most of new technology machine and check up technics And following covid regulations strictly. Good hospital in chhindwara. But few negative points is there as per my view 1. There consultant charge is little high for new customers as compared to old. 2. They are not treating to everyone same Like I went for my father and mother Eye checkup so they charge me 400+400 But in front of me they offered another person for 400+100 for two persons eye checkup They should treat everyone same. 3. And last they will ask to give best rating in front of them. So that is the reason so much customers high review in chhindwara other then any eye hospital.

Good service nice hospital, staff good and dcotors for surgery come from nagpur having nagpururiya angry tone in talking. I faced rude behaviour too. Other wise Dr. Pranjna Rao and daily staff is very good. And hospital is best in chhindwara for eye care. A bit costly though compared to others. Also fyi...most of the 5 star reviews are given here as they offer a free spec cleanser for the same. I feel like they r kind of buying the reviews. But that can also be encouraging for reveiws, else no one gives any. But hospital nd staff is good for sure. Way better then kothari who is having cheap clinic and gets jealous after knowing other eye surgery was not done by him. I visited there first but dint like so came to Contacare to have overall good experience.

Entry fee with registration-400/-. After paying the fee one guy he was checking my eye number said I have to do some measurements test with machine (he said without consulting with eye specialist) cost 1500/-. Then I said I have to meet the doctor then one lady employees said doctor will not meed if you don't do this measurements test. Then I came back home because this hospital having there format and each and every patient/customer have to do this. Then I went to Nagpur eye hospital and I got the correct number there (in contracare they gave me my previous number which I was facing the problem) & worst experience there

Hospital has specialized doctors and good services to help patients. Personally I am very happy with the service provided from a single nurse to the doctor . In this Hospital u will be provided four level checkup. Hospital contains optical shop itself
