THE WORST STORE OF LENSKART. I recently visited this store and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. Despite being a large store, it lacks basic facilities such as an inverter and Wi-Fi, which severely affects the functioning of their systems. During my visit, I noticed that due to the absence of a power backup, their tablets and software were not operational, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience to customers. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was not satisfactory, as they seemed uninterested in assisting customers, especially those with low-cost purchases. A store of such reputation should ensure that essential services like power backup and a stable internet connection are in place to provide a smooth shopping experience for customers.
⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a positive experience with Lenskart across multiple stores in different states. The staff were consistently knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with selecting the right frames and lenses. The stores are well-organized and offer a wide variety of styles. During one visit, my glasses' nose pad got damaged, and they replaced it within 10 minutes, which I found very efficient. However, I do find the prices to be a bit high, and the purchasing process can be somewhat confusing for older adults, particularly with the membership pricing added on top of the glasses cost. Overall, the quality of the products and the responsive after-sales service make Lenskart a reliable choice for eyewear, despite the higher prices and slightly complex purchasing experience.
Good store, staff is also nice I suggest u to take lenskart premium membership as with that you can buy 2 frames at a price of one even for 2 different person
