🚨 Worst Experience Ever! 🚨 I am beyond frustrated with this hospital’s unprofessional and unethical behavior. My sister’s ICL surgery was originally scheduled for February 7th, and for various ridiculous reasons, they have kept postponing it for more than 12 days! Today is February 19th, and there is still no clarity on when they will actually conduct the surgery. I specifically traveled from Bangalore for this procedure, taking leave from my job, trusting that this hospital would provide proper treatment. But they have completely wasted my time, energy, and resources! Now my office is not allowing me to take more leaves, and this hospital’s negligence has put me in a terrible position both personally and professionally. To make matters worse, Dr. OP Panday and his team have been extremely unprofessional, failing to provide a proper date or even a valid reason for these constant delays! For the past 4 days, they have been telling us every morning that the surgery will happen the next day and instructing my sister to apply the required eye drops before surgery. But at night, they suddenly call and cancel the surgery, giving fake excuses! Because of their nonsense, my sister has been unnecessarily applying the eye drops for 4 days, and now her eye is in pain. I am literally stuck! I can’t even change the hospital because they have already taken advance! This is nothing short of fraud and medical negligence! This is not just bad service—it’s outright unethical and unacceptable! Medical emergencies should be handled with seriousness, not treated like a casual appointment that can be delayed endlessly! I will never trust this hospital again, and I will take legal action for the mental stress and time they have wasted. To anyone considering this hospital—stay away unless you want your health and time to be treated as a joke!

The hospital was good, clean and desent staff. I believe the doctors are good as well, however, Very expensive eye drops, I paid like 600+ for 2 10 ml eye drops...also the cataract surgery/operations cost around 30000, which is expensive as well.... However, at large the medical officials should keep a cap for the costs taken by the hospitals ....

This is the worst hospital so don't even bother yourself with initial visit. Just find better alternative, the administrative team now wants to address a issue that I reported 9 months back. Same on you RJN specially the eye hospital. Don't get me wrong but Gwalior already has far better eye hospitals.

I felt that this hospital is only for loot. No one among senior doctors is consulting/ advising patients. Juniors & all other staff is busy in advising most of the patient's for test & surgery. Overall experience is like Govt. Hospitals.
