Ben franklin Optician is doing fraud with patients by changing the frame of glasses we decided. We trusted them but they changed the frame with lower quality and even colour.unfortunatly we had not taked picture of frame and he took full chance of cheating.breaking trust for few hundred bucks is not a fair business.when we are paying money why cheating?

One of the most intelligent, soft-spoken and of vast experience in ophthalmology... Doctor with a hard earned degree..It is true that waiting time may be a bit more but its automatically shows the rush and faith of the growing no. of patients in Sunayana clinic...I personally visited today and got cleared within 30 minutes...

They make patients wait for 3 to 4 hours.The staff of clinic is not cooperative and the way of talking is derogatory and even they don't give satisfactory reply to patients. In today's era time is money and they are wasting the time and money both.. Please stay away from this clinic don't fall into the trap.

Went to the hospital with terrible pain in my eye and I was not attended by the doc. I was asked to wait for 3 hours. Nobody showed any sense of urgency, no empathy, no sensitivity towards a patient with urgent case.

Ironically,the doctors profession these days has been gradually transitioned.Unfortunately there has been slight deliberate reduction of quality service to the patients concerned.In brief,less attention to patients,more waiting time for one to be diagnosed by doctor and his team ,overall not a good experience !!I strongly feel that this has started happening across the board and everything is going on commercial terms and health profession these days is not left untouched.

A very good eye clinic. Dr Rathoure is good in nature. You need to take appointment before visiting the clinic.

Receptionist worst, she do'nt know how treat with patients , apney aap ko dr. samjti hai
