Hello, I would like to share my recent experience with Saluja eye care hospital. I have been to other places across India for some or other things however the kind of services and kindness I have seen in Saluja Hospital is marvellous. I would like to thanks the doctor Saluja who did my both eyes operation and it’s very effective and flawless.. I would like to Thanks Sanjay who made this journey very much easy and comfortable for me. Promising me all support related to mediclaim and to everything required during this transition from vague vision to absolute clear vision. All the staffs are very helpful and professional. My best wishes are with Dr Saluja, Sanjay and all the team members . Best eye hospital in Indore for sure !!

Service - 5* Staff - 5* Infrastructure - 5* Doctor - 5* Digital - 5*(documents are stored digitally and therefore if you don't have the previous visit documents no worries. For follow up visits, they will have it.) It was an awesome experience. First thing which I like most is they do a detailed check for each patient which can uncover the unknown issues as well. They do several check up before you meet the doctor but everything is well organized and the staff will guide you. Once the basic check up is done all the reports are available to the doctor and he can give you better treatment. Secondly, the doctor is very good and listen to everything you say. He will give you complete details about the issue, it's cause and prevention. He is wonderful. Over all very good experience.

Worst experience ever. Even after three visits, they couldn’t fix the issue. At Saluja Eye Care, the eye number test is done by their assistant, who rushes through it and ends up giving the wrong prescription. The doctor simply trusts that and prescribes glasses based on it. I struggled for four months, and then they casually told me to consult another doctor. When I finally went to a good eye specialist, she checked my eyes herself and gave me the correct number—only then I got relief. My experience with Saluja Eye Care was terrible. I wasted my money, energy, and still didn’t get proper treatment. Doctors shouldn’t blindly trust their assistants. Truly a disappointing experience.

The staff felt quite unprofessional. Instead of a proper greeting, they asked for payment right away, which made the experience feel rushed and transactional. What really put me off was at the end—they asked me to open their page and pressured me to give a five-star review on the spot. It felt forced and insincere, like they're more focused on boosting their ratings than actually providing good service.

Got done cataract surgery of my mother in law, had a great experience. Treatment, procedure, facility, hospitality, staff support every thing was good. Doctor Praveen Saluja is an intelligent, expert and a true gem 💎 of persons. God bless you all at Saluja eye Care. Thank you for everything., 🙏🙏
