She is incredibly cooperative and understanding, taking the time to patiently explain every aspect of care. She addresses all your concerns thoroughly and never rushes through consultations. Importantly, Dr. Sonal does not push for unnecessary C-sections. She evaluates the situation carefully and, whenever safely possible, encourages a natural delivery. Her confidence and calm demeanor truly put us at ease. Administrative Staff: The administrative team is extremely supportive and helpful. They guided us through the entire process smoothly. The hospital also accepts medical insurance from many reputable companies. The insurance team handles all documentation efficiently and coordinates with your insurer to obtain the required approvals. Additionally, all medical and treatment charges are quite budget-friendly, so even those without insurance can receive quality care within a reasonable cost. Nursing Staff: The nursing staff here is exceptionally caring. They treat patients like their own family members, always respectful and kind. Dr. Sonal Palod Ma'am is so kind, experienced and genuine lady which is fully dedicated to her patients. The hospital is clean, peaceful and well managed with quality staff.
