This store provide defective frame after that u need to face lots of issue, one of my friend also experience the same. If anyone need proof I have the mail too. Now a days titan eye plus is becoming worst.
I had a very disappointing experience with Titan Eye Plus. I purchased a frame from them, and right from the beginning, it was defective. When I approached the store for help, they completely denied any fault on their end and refused to take responsibility. Not only did they fail to resolve the issue, but they were also unhelpful and dismissive when I reached out for assistance. To make matters worse, my friend had the exact same issue with a defective frame, and they received the same poor treatment. It’s frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t stand behind their products or take care of their customers. I would not recommend Titan Eye Plus to anyone. Don’t trust them!

All the staff are well trained and honest they will suggest the best best for you. You can visit the shop it's on the first floor. Near chili's. Recommended for everyone.

Disappointed with the quality of the spectacles—poor durability and not worth the price. On top of that, the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. Definitely not recommending this place!
Aravind helped me buy my first contact lenses. He explained the pros and cons of each lens and helped me in my decision making. Since I had to travel to Kerala in the next 2 days he even agreed to ship it to my home in Kerala. Package arrived today and I am more than happy with the product and the exceptional service. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a pair of specs or lenses.
