MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE. BEWARE. It's a Diabolical place, doctors and nurses treat patients as objects. We lost our Mother at shalby jabalpur in two days. They have the most unhygienic ICU and insolent nurses, Their cafeteria serves terribly unhealthy food for patients on TOXIC DIRTY UNWASHED plastic plates. We took our mother there for a check-up, She was diabetic, has kidney and liver issues, cellulitis in her legs, but she was in good spirits, Completely aware and without any swelling. She started developing complications after 24 hours in the ICU, She could not sleep, The nurses had thrust a heavy oxygen mask on her face which caused our mother endless agony, Her body swelled up, she couldn't eat a bite. They inserted many IV drips into her via arms and then neck. Her urine output dwindled. Though it was normal while she was admitted. She was admitted on Friday evening on 28th Feb. Condition irrevocably deteriorated by Sunday. A nephrologist dr jain was supposed to come for dialysis, he simply did not show up on Sunday only the liver specialist Dr Manish Tiwari came for a round and left everything to the nurses. My Mother couldn't survive the intervening night and passed away around 3:30 am in Monday morning due to "cardiac arrest". The nurses and doctors will shoo us away and not even at least stay near her while she gasped for breath and struggled for 30 hours. There are a lot of questions about the proceedures they undertook inspite of knowing that Their IVs and medicines will cause her swelling. The entire body had swollen up. They ruthlessly put up an act of CPR to waste time before declaring her demise. In those moments of grief and chaos we didn't know what happened but those greedy people serving there as doctors and nurses were involved in gross negligence. Our mother had hopes and desire to live more however these modern day demons called doctors have become a money counting machine . They billed us approx 2.75 lakh in two days. Please save you loved ones and never enter shalby jabalpur. We won't get our mother back but hope to pursue them for the truth.

I visited hospital for my wife's first delivery. Nursing staff was good. Our doctor Avani Agrawal also very nice to us. But doctors and staff present in operation room was very rude and completely unprofessional. They were my wife treating like she is not a human being. In each and every step of her delivery, the whole staff was demotivating her. It is really really bad.

I had a C-section delivery at Shalby Hospital, and initially, I was very anxious about the entire process and experience. However, I am incredibly grateful to the entire staff for their care and support, which made my journey much easier. A special thanks to Dr. Avani, who was a great source of comfort and guidance throughout. Her support as my gynecologist meant a lot to me. I truly appreciate everything she and the team did for me!"

**Extremely Unhygienic and Unacceptable Conditions** My relative is currently admitted to this hospital, and unfortunately, my experience has been significantly marred by the highly unhygienic conditions surrounding the facility. The **backdoor of the hospital has a gutter overflow**, and the wastewater has spread across the walking area. This not only poses a serious health hazard but also creates an unbearable stench that reaches all the way to the front entrance. It is shocking to see a hospital, where hygiene should be a top priority, allowing such conditions to persist. I even recorded a video of the issue and raised the concern with a security guard. Instead of acknowledging the problem or helping, he rudely told me not to park my vehicle in the area and dismissively said, "Don’t argue or complain to me, talk to someone else." This kind of disregard for both **patient welfare and basic hygiene** is extremely disappointing, especially from a facility that should maintain the highest standards of cleanliness. I hope this review encourages management to take immediate action and resolve these serious issues for the safety and comfort of all patients and visitors. --

Great experience at Shalby Hospital. Wonderful nursing staff and very cooperative team of doctors. Cleanliness maintained all the time. Food was good and as per patient’s dietary requirements. 24 hours availability of cleaning and nursing staff who are responsive and very polite. Really impressed with their services. Dr. Charu Pathak madam and Dr. Vijay Pratap Singh Sir were really professional and cordial. Thank you Team Shalby for making our stay pleasant.

I am extremely disappointed with the services at this hospital. The cleanliness is far below acceptable standards, raising serious concerns about hygiene and patient safety. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and lacked basic empathy, which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. To make matters worse, the manager was blaming patient families for various issues instead of taking responsibility and addressing the concerns. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is deeply concerning and needs immediate attention
