Today visit ASG EYE HOSPITAL JABALPUR with my daughter. We are reached early morning at 9am house keeping staff hospital staff and Doctors behaviour very good. Sitting arrangement pure drinking water pharmacy spectacles low cost treatment available here. All facilities available here at a low cost. Our consultant Dr. Prerana Laxmikant Agarwal ma'am treat us very well. Thank ma'am Thank you each and every person.

I had a very positive experience with ASG Hospital and Dr. Anju Nagar. The staff was professional, attentive, and efficient in their services. Dr. Anju Nagar demonstrated excellent expertise and a caring approach during the consultation and treatment. She took the time to explain the procedures clearly and addressed all my concerns with patience and understanding. The hospital facilities were well-maintained, and the overall environment was welcoming and comfortable. I truly appreciate the dedication and commitment to patient care. Process - The entire process of getting test done and doctor consultation is extremely lengthy. It took us 2.5hrs for our test to get done. They announce the patients name for their turn, instead it could be better if they have some digital display at each room with the token number which would be very useful to get to know the exact wait time and would avoid the patient missing their turn which happens if someone's name is pronounced softly or incorrectly. Hygiene - They don't seems to take care of equipment hygiene atleast while we were waiting there. Multiple people are putting their chin and forehead on the eye test machine and not even once in 2-2.5 hrs we saw them sanitizing it. During manual eye check-up, they used the eye wear one after another without even cleaning again. However, seating area and other spaces were neat & clean. Staff - very mix, some are polite while some look uninterested which shouldn't be the case in healthcare. During my follow-up, one lady shouted at the patients "dheere baat kariye aap log" (talk slowly everyone), shouted not requested, never experienced such before. Eye test - after the eye test was done the number they recommended seemed to be high. I got 2nd opinion (2nd eye test) and the revised number was 0.25 less in both eye than the one which ASG had tested. Follow-up experience - I went to get my follow-up as my right eye was swollen for the last 4 days. They asked me to go through the entire process again which I refused due to my previous experience & requested to see the doctor directly. I didn't get the entire context at the reception, so I waited at the waiting area. Precisely after waiting for 20 mins I checked with a nurse how much time, to which she said that I should have gone through the entire process and got my IOP done (some eye pressure test) as without that the doctor will not see. I told the nurse that if this info would have been given at the reception, I would have got this test done while waiting. But still I requested if doctor can see me given my swollen eye. She calmly said that she would check with the doc but after 5 mins she informed that doc will not check without the IOP. Frustrated, I left without getting my swollen eye checked. Overall this changed my experiences to not a good one. Instead of entire test follow-ups should be quicker.

It was a bad experience made to wait 1:30 hour even after a prior online Appointment. If you are coming here please be ready to atleast wait 2 to 3 hours and it's just the waiting time. Rest all good 👍 But time matters to all of us. Thank you for your service 🙏 Looking forward to see improvement in the services specially the wait time . May God bless you 👍

Dr Anju Nagar did cataract surgery of my mother. It was sucessful and mostly painless. We had overall great experience with Dr Nagar.👍👍👍
