The staff was friendly and the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly. The clinic was clean and well-organized, making the entire process smooth. Very good hospital for cataract treatment well on its way to being the best in central India. The doctors are very nice to the patients and know their stuff quite well. No surprise that one of the senior doctors, Kaustubh is a gold medallist. I thank them for their work and wish them all the best for lots of success.

Place is neat , clean and hygenic. Covid Protocol is followed. Staff is couteous. Hospital is comfortable. Appointment time is adhered to. There is hardly any wait period. The patient can take it's time to explain its problem to the doctor who gives you all the time. Examines thoroughly and you are fully satisfied with his treament. There is a personal touch from him. Treatment cost is very reasonable. I would say much lower than other places. Facilities are excellent. Overall- outstanding.

My daughter had a corneal ailment .It was very denerving as parent. Not only we got very good treatment by Dr chaitaali and Dr koustabh harshey and my daughter recovered(by their healing hands and blessings of god). Their approach was very balanced ,humane and empathetic. I don't have words to pay my gratitude as mother to both these wonderful Doctors

I consulted Dr. Kaustabh Harshey for my family members and he was able to give us expert, correct advice regarding Retina issues without prescribing expensive medicines. The cataract service is also top quality and economical. Had a pleasant experience and staff is very polite.

While visiting the town, had some problems with eye fatigue and general dryness. The consultation and healing process were both excellently done. Would wholeheartedly recommend the clinic.
