Dr. Pawan Sthapak - Eye Specialist in Jabalpur | Best Eye Doctor in Jabalpur

We are waiting minimum 2 hour for checkup with dr. sthapak but he is doing meeting with some other staff and he don't care about patient time and his value. This is very un-appropriate behavior.

Pure commercialization in name of medical checkup For a simple detection of cataract they took 6-7 tests ( which can be seen by naked eye) then doctor simply said it's cataract Staff is so rude and upendra sharma has no manners to talk , talking like a roadside rikshawala

The doc and assistants were very polite and understanding.

The behavior of the staff is very bad, there is no helping staff, specially the lady staff of room no. 9 has very bad behavior

One of the worst hospital ever seen.(जल्दी वहां से दूर हटो🥵) 1. Money hiest team. 2.They Made you follow by multiple rooms for different processes where their coordinator takes your test. 3. Two to three hours totally waste there. 4. First time visitor even don't know who is the real doctor until you reach to the real doctor he don't even see off just say bye to you in a hurry. 5.Don't ever go there and waste your precious time. 6. They give you pre decided medicine and drops for six months 🤣 one drop cost 600₹ for fifteen days can you guys beleive how money oriented team is this.

I’m posting this from the doctor’s hospital. While he is good in his skills (as any good doctor should be), they absolutely are pathetic at time management and punctuality. They gave an appointment of 12pm for my father’s cataract surgery, and the doctor didn’t arrive until 3:30pm. I thought this could be a one off incident. They asked us to come back after 4 days for a routine visit at 10am. It is almost 12:30 and the doctor is not in till now. This clearly talks about how they value their patient’s time. Do yourself a favour, visit someone who is sincere with everyone’s time.

It was a nice and professional experience with Dr Pawan Sthapak. Also this is to mention that Staff support was excellent during all the process of Lasik eye surgery.
