Dr Hussain is one of the best eye doctors in town! Amazing human to talk to and always ready to help.

I don't know about Doctor... my appointment was at 1st n m still in queue... or bolne m behas kar rhe hain ... ghatiya receptionist hai

The staff is rude. They never specify at what time you should reach for your appointment and if you want them to give you a specific time (which is a general courtesy) they'll charge you ₹200 bucks extra. I don't know if it's a management decision, but if it is, they're not valuing your time and if it's not, well then it might as well be a scam. I wouldn't be commenting on the doctor Shabbir Hussain as I couldn't get the check-up done.

One of the best Dr in this field..I was operated yesterday..I was given sterilized cloths, my body was completely covered before entering the operation theatre.. very neat and clean sanitized o.t. Dr. Hussain was very cool ,he performed the operation in very experienced way..thanks sir.. Reception and other staff are also very cooperative..

Worst opthalmologist in Jabalpur. The entire eye care center is a marketing gimmick. Staff at the hospital does not know what is hospitality. There's only one doctor but he operates the place as a hospital to charge a higher rate for fee and other expenses. Also the doctor doesn't seem very learned, and the waiting time is too much regardless of how many patients are there before you. The staff gives preference to patients as per their convenience.

Great wastage of time. The receptionist will say you'll get a check up within an hour but instead will make you wait for 3 hours. Very unprofessional and inconsistent staff. Never been more disappointed and dissatisfied.

Worst staff, you get your appointment done then they tells you to wait more than an hour even after that staff doesn't have any manners , didn't like the interaction with doctor also

Doctor is very kind and humble with good behavior but The staff is very very rude ......Proper number system of patients is not followed in the campus
