Totally worth it. Excellent collection. Staff behaviour was so good,Well trained,Professional. Good knowledge of products.. They know the value of customer's time. I spent only 15 min in the showroom in which everything( Includes Eyetest, Buying) has done so smooth.

I visited the newly opened Lenskart showroom in Adharthal, Jabalpur, to inquire about the ₹199 offer, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The salesperson, Mr. Sandeep Gupta, has absolutely no idea how to speak to customers. His rude and sarcastic behavior was completely unacceptable, especially for someone in a sales role. When I simply asked whether the offer included frames, he responded in an arrogant and dismissive manner, saying, ‘We are only talking about lenses, so don’t focus on frames.’ Is this how Lenskart trains its staff to treat customers? Such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable. Mr. Sandeep Gupta is clearly not fit to handle customers, and his attitude reflects poorly on the showroom. Lenskart seriously needs to look into this if they care about their reputation and customer service!

Good sales service staff, prompt action for repairs, optometrist is very friendly as well. Just bought a pair of glasses from this outlet. It was a good experience.
