I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Mukesh Khatri. From the very beginning, it was evident that his primary focus is on making money rather than providing genuine care to his patients. His bedside manner is extremely poor, and he lacks the basic courtesy to communicate effectively with people. During my visit, I felt rushed and unheard. Instead of addressing my concerns, he immediately suggested transferring me from Jabalpur Hospital to his own clinic, Netra Jyoti Eye Care. This felt like a clear attempt to prioritize his financial gain over my well-being. The overall experience was unprofessional and left me feeling like just another number in his profit-driven practice. I would not recommend Dr. Khatri to anyone seeking compassionate and ethical medical care.

This doctor only talks about money. You call someone after giving them time and then insult them. I have seen such a doctor for the first time and I would say that you should show it to someone else instead of showing it to him.

The worst doctor who runs after money never keeps his word, don't waste your time and money by going here. Please do not waste your precious time and money by going here. This will make matters worse for you😠

Worst doctor in jabalpur, he is just running the business and earning the money. He dont know how to talk to the patients. Very rude doctor. He dont like CGHS people and asking them that why you came go to shankar netrayalya bangalore or chennai.

Very bad doctor and very bad staff. They talk very rudely with patients. Doctor is always in hurry even if clinic is empty. Staff talks very rudely and if you ask them something they start arguing without reason. Do not recommend it. If someone wants to get insulted surely they can go.

The Dr is rude and not listening to the patients. More over his assistants are discussing with pateints to take what medicines and what to do. And The Dr is also not telling the exact reason . I suggests better to go for other dr that listen to their patients. Not like this who are not listening to his patient problems and one whose attendant are suggesting patients what to do and what not to do

I got to know about this place from a friend. As I was in Jabalpur and I was facing eyesight issue, I went to this place for a checkup. Below is my experience: 1. There are 2 guys who will first do a screening and then will lead you to the doctor. Both of them are in super hurry despite having less crowd in the clinic. 2. The doctor has a very negative perception about every patient. He asked me to show the spectacles and since I did not carry my glasses I informed him about the eyesight number as I keep that handy. I do not know what provoked him that he started to talk in a sarcastic tone: "Mere 12 saal ki practice mein maine yeh seekha hai ki doctor ko patient se khoob paisa kheechna chahiye. Mai pehle charity karta tha but COVID ke karan and collector ke orders ke karan maine free mein ilaj band kar diya aur fees badha di. Ab tum kal fir chashma dikhane aaoge and mera time waste karoge." Now my understanding is, if I do not have glasses with me, why will I come to show you again? Due to this, tone and behaviour I did not find it helpful. Albeit, I give this experience a benefit of doubt that, may be due to COVID-19 they must be under a lot of stress. Anyway I got my eyes checked took the prescription and decided to never go back to his clinic during my future visits to Jabalpur in any case. Management here seriously need to learn how hospitals carry professional behaviour in metro cities and try to adapt.

Dr. always in hurry now these days due to COVID 19, our first experience is good. Friendly and knowledgeable.
