Dear Owner / Management If the AC is turned off for electricity savings, I recommend installing a **window cooler** as a cost-effective and energy-efficient alternative to provide relief from the heat to the customers. Buy extra chairs so that Senior citizens should not have to stand for long. Maintain the standards according to the Titans Brand name.

Brought a couple of sunglasses and had a great experience at the showroom. Was also positively surprised to see big brands like Maui Jim present here. Gonna highlight the staff though, had a great experience, specially Leela Chaudhary who helped me a lot with picking the right glasses and I am happy with my purchases.

I visited this showroom on 26.03.25 expecting the premium service Titan is known for. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. 1. Complete Lack of Basic Amenities: - There were **no chairs** for customers to sit, despite spending 30+ minutes in the store. - The **AC was not functional**, making the environment highly uncomfortable. 2. **Staff Apathy:** - The employees seemed **indifferent** to our presence, despite us waiting for assistance. - No apologies or explanations were offered for the inconvenience. For a brand that charges a premium for its products, this level of **negligence and poor customer service** is unacceptable. Titan Eye+ prides itself on quality, but this visit reflected sheer **unprofessionalism and disregard** for customer comfort. I hope Titan takes this feedback seriously and **improves infrastructure, staff training, and service standards** to match what customers pay for. Until then, I cannot recommend this outlet.

All the staff are very good in nature and they behaviour is also nice with the staff even after sale service is very nice

Bad experience with service, purchased glasses last year, it was meant to be lifetime warranty. Got some scratches on the glass. When we went for helpc they are asking 25 thousand for repair. That too in cash and not cheque, seems like a fraud where they can only accept cash and not service on the glasses they sold last year.
