I brought some spectacles for cleaning. One glass could be cleaned, the other one was damaged by some glue. - Instead of selling me a new pair of spectacles or at least put in two new glasses he just replaced the one which could not be cleaned. Not trying to make most money with a customer but helping the best way possible! Also Vikram was very friendly, he gave some additional help without charging, and took best care of me as a customer. This will be my favourite optical shop whenever I am in this area! Can only recommend it warmly.
