Lenskart.com at Makroniya, Sagar

I am giving 5star to the staff of lenskart sagar madhya pradesh. Specially to Mr. Harish singh lodhi for his assistance at the store. But my experience with the stock of the store was not as per my expectations very less stock and options were there.

I am not happy with their service. My sister had visited this store some time back which was attended by a female staff whose way of speaking was also very bad. My sister had paid for the order in cash, but when she went to the Bangalore store for refund, she was told that her payment was made online and the refund will also go to the same main source account. Some fraud was done by the female staff. My sister had made the payment in cash, then why is she telling a different method of payment. I will complain about this in the court.

Staff behaviour is not good at all .. very rude behaviour .also staff members speaks rudely on calls .bad service

It was a good experience. Received a good assistance and the glasses arrived before the suggested time. All good.

Lens quality is not good. Got progressive specs made and having tough with distant vision, it blurry and causes nausea. Lens kart really needs to upgrade the quality of glass used else optimetry
