Very Poor professionalism and service. I spent 6k on a frame and still not satisfied with the service. Very poor finishing work and made the same mistake after repeatedly telling them not to do that. They don't even have few cleaning clothes to give them as compliment with the specs. I didn't expect that from this brand.
