we booked an appointment for 4 pm on Tuesday and we reached there at 03:40 pm, but the guy who sits there to call people according to appointments said that " I don't believe you " so I showed him the chats then he says " I said I'll see that doesn't mean I've booked an appointment for you ". I thought maybe he's not the person who talked on chats and maybe he's not good in English so I thought to explain it to him but then he said 50 people are already here for today I won't take any more appointments, so I asked him that then when should I come, he replied idk. it was such an annoying experience never gonna visit this doctor again. atleast hire some educated employees. The way that guy talked, Pata chal gaya ki rewa ke anpadh hai. And even the doctor was not there by 4 pm But they claim that doctor sit's here from 03:30.

This doctor is only money oriented. He just don't care about patient, harldy see for one minute and then give print out of some medicine. His staff is purely illiterate, if you give them 100 rs they will switch number and you can go to doctor directly else you wait for days. Behavior of the Doctor was good. But very unprofessional overall. No punctuality. Official time was 1:00pm but opened at 2:30pm all the contact numbers were switched off and started seeing patients at 3:00pm, wasted two hrs in heat. One( among three) of the staff was even chewing gutkha inside the clinic.

Dr. Chalisgaokar is the best Rewa can ever have. Dr sahab treated my mother with so much of care and responsibility. Even her post operation phase was made easy with his timely guidance. He was so helping and kind. People are writting about Gutakha eating staff members, but that's how Rewa works. Rewa and Gutakha are two sides of the same coin. Dr sahab can't go and tell every other adult to stop eating gutakaha. Doctor sahab is truly a blessing for Rewa.

Extremely bad and non cooperative staff Never understand the value of time and someone's problem. Made me travel for more than 100 kilometres but still didn't give me any favour. Please don't visit such a doctor who never understands the urgency and importance of someone's problem.

Good knowledge does not always bring professionalism. The Doctor is not punctual in time. Whereas, the staff is always found chewing Vimal gutkha. This is how the office is working.
