I recently visited the Rewa Titan Eye+ Centre, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I am deeply disappointed with the way I was treated and the misleading information provided by the staff. Here’s a detailed account of what transpired: 1. False Promises Regarding Discounts: When I initially visited the store to select glasses and frames, the staff informed me that I would be eligible for a 20% discount on my purchase. Based on this assurance, I proceeded to select my glasses and frames. However, after making my selection, I was told that the 20% discount was only applicable if I purchased two frames. I specifically confirmed with the staff whether the discount would still apply if another customer came in and selected one frame, allowing me to combine the offer. They assured me that this was possible and even confirmed that the 20% discount would be applied to my purchase. Trusting their word, I paid the full amount upfront, with the understanding that the 20% discount would be refunded when I collected my glasses and frames. 2. Broken Promises at the Time of Collection: Today, when I went to collect my glasses and frames, the staff completely denied making any such promise. They claimed that they could not have promised me the 20% discount in the manner I described. This was a complete shock to me, as I had explicitly confirmed the terms of the discount before making the payment. The lack of accountability and the sudden change in their stance left me feeling cheated and frustrated. 3.Poor Customer Service and Misleading Information: I am extremely disappointed with the way the staff at the Rewa Titan Eye+ Centre handled this situation. Providing false information to customers is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the integrity of the brand. The employees seemed untrained and unprepared to handle customer queries accurately, which led to this unpleasant experience. 4. Comparison with Competitors: This was my first visit to a Titan Eye+ showroom, and I must say, the experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. In comparison, I have had far better experiences with Lenskart. The way Lenskart structures its services and trains its employees to provide accurate and transparent information is commendable. Titan Eye+ has a lot to learn in terms of customer service and employee training. Conclusion: My experience at the Rewa Titan Eye+ Centre was highly disappointing. The false promises, lack of accountability, and poor customer service have made me lose trust in the brand. I would not recommend this centre to anyone and sincerely hope that Titan Eye+ takes steps to improve its customer service and ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future. For now, I will be sticking to competitors like Lenskart, who have consistently provided better service and transparency.
