Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Overpriced Low-Quality Products My experience with this optical shop has been extremely disappointing. They sell low-quality products at high prices, and the item we purchased didn’t even last for two months. When we reached out for a repair, especially on behalf of a senior citizen, they were completely unhelpful and disrespectful. We followed up for 15 days, hoping for a resolution, but all we got were excuses and poor customer service. Eventually, after a lot of arguments and stress, Jain chashma ghar flat-out refused to help us. It was only after we took the same product to another optical shop, Lekhni Dekhni, that we found out the issue could be fixed – and they repaired it free of cost! This clearly shows the first shop's lack of professionalism and concern for their customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you value quality and respect. Jain Chashma ghar is Worst service provider.

Bought an overpriced, poor-quality item from this optical shop that didn’t last two months. Took the item to another shop, who fixed it for free – proving the first shop’s lack of professionalism. Not recommended if you care about quality and respect. And above all no bill is being provided. Avoid the shop at all cost

Very very disappointing experience, Low quality frame are over priced,also I got scammed Do not recommend Pls go else where 😞

Fraud shop.. Bought 1000rs lenses but he replaced it with local 300rs lenses and when i asked for the same he just outright denied that i only paid for 300rs lenses, even though i had a bill with full amount. Worst service experience. If you like your hard earned money please dont go to this place.

Don't buy anything from this shop. I bought a frame (that he claimed as branded) from this shop. One of the hinge got loose the very next day. When I went to get it tight from the shop he charged 50 RS for doing nothing. No first free service. No discount. Very rude behaviour.

On of an amazing Optical shops in the town, amazing after sales service, very reasonable prices. Offering a huge variety of Brands and options. Top Notch, must visit.
