Pathetic service with crezy and terrible people, shop owner had no valueof people evencustomers. (who had very short temperaments). We had given our old spectacle to change glasses, he broke glasses and not taken any responsibility apart from all. He freaked out when we asked about accountability and started shouting and yelling. Such a crazy guy.

The owner of shop is dishonest. He dont have manner to talk and very arrogant. he dont have skill to seal with customer. Do not buy anything from this shop. The worst and dishonest service i have ever experienced in my lyf.

Worst shop....once when I did payment... ammount deducted from my account....the owner didn't let me leave untill he hadn't verified the transaction from his device which took almost an hour coz he had slow network...on showing successful transaction from my phone he wouldn't believe me....the owner became behaved very rudely during the whole episode...

Owner of the shop dishonest with customers they do not provide good quality and even prices are extremely high. It's better to purchase goods from lenskart. They do not know how to talk with customers. Owner is arrogant.

Frankly speaking, I got the spectacles at a very reasonable rate and I am using it for 2 years and also had success range of frames unlike other local shops So in one word: Great quality and reasonable rate

The owner is a freak guy, although he is an aged person he does not give s***t to customers, and when you asked more he started yelling at you. Not recommend it to anyone.

Prices are very high, owner is very arrogant. They will do false commitment always. Do not visit this shop.
