"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Dr. Indirya's clinic.the doctor was unavailable and only his assistant was present. Unfortunately, the assistant was distracted by her constantly ringing phone and was unable to provide adequate attention or introduce herself properly. To make matters worse, we were left waiting for an extended period, only to be informed that Dr. Indirya was unavailable due to being in a procedure. This lack of communication and organization is unprofessional and unacceptable. As a patient, I expect a certain level of care and respect, which was not provided in this instance. I would caution others to consider alternative options for their healthcare needs."
