Worst hospital I have ever seen. Also the doctor Rekha Chandwani. Here I delivered my baby in 2023 and had a most scary experience of my life. They treat you as if you have done some crime. They mentally herrase you and doesnt provide good care. Please dont plan going in this hospital. This hospital and the doctor used to be good in the past. But now nothing is same.

- Nurses require additional training in communication skills for interacting with patients and their families. - There is a lack of available doctors at night, leading to increased responsibilities for nurses during handovers. - Staff are unfamiliar with the use of xylocaine for numbing during procedures. - There is a significant delay (3-4 hours) in informing or interacting with families after delivery. - Documentation errors, such as incorrect dates, are present. - Overall, there is a perceived lack of compassion and cooperation among staff.

My wife hospitalized in this hospital for maternity. Good service provider by hospital. Staff behavior was nice. For any issues they took quick action.

Most famous hospital of Ujjain. The facilities and staff are good. All the necessary things are available.There is one blood bank. Parking and everything. Affordable treatment.

Worst hospital in town. Opd token taking time is 5pm to 6pm and dr available at opd clince after 6*45. staff boy is so rude. Such a careless behaviour against patient.
