Worst experience I have ever had please don't go this hospital because they do business and want to earn money nothing else.. Untrained staff specially nurses and co doctors They have no emotions for patients behave like a animal for patients... Don't visit if you want your family safe.. Poor Cleaning, Poor Hospitality, Poor Staff (under trained), My 2 and half years old daughter is admitted since 9th Oct'19, During the treatment my doctor Mr R Rathore was on leave and I request to hospital management for guest Dr S Bhoraskar visit mean while Dr There's leave. but hospital did not responded. From past 48 hours no Doctor visit to check my daughter health improvements. Over all poor services, Completely disappointed!!!

No proper Care And Bigest scam is Medical They Charged all medicines at MRP 800rs For One Injection Same Injection available in Market for 130rs Total Loot and Scam No proper system of Treatment

One of the worst hospital in ujjain specially untrained staff and management..they hired all management employees in low cost they misbehave with every one actually they don't know the value of life.. only they want money and they stuck patients in hospital for making long bills even they misbehave with patients family for money and even medical is worst.. this is my personal experience please i request everyone to not admit yourself and ur family members in this hospital....there is no humanity in this hospital...

Worst hospital ever. Untrained staff, specifically ICU team members are worst at their duties. They locked ICU door at 1:00 PM and sleep peacefully overnight, patient was screaming in pain but they didn’t even bother themselves to wakeup and check the patient. DO NOT TRUST THEM, THEY DON’T TAKE CARE OF PATIENTS. I wrote this feedback after getting it from patient.

Quick service but so expensive. It's a private hospital located at the centre of the city Ujjain having lots of facilities and good services for the people but sometimes you will have to wait for the person who will attend you as it covers the whole city. Also there is availability of medicines, check ups and many more facilities . If you are having that strong economical background then you can surely take the services from this hospital
