4Sight Advance Eye Hospital

I had to go to the hospital 4 times when I met the doctor after waiting for the whole day. The management is very bad. The doctor is only busy in operations and does not give time to other patients. I had a very bad experience coming here.

Overall experience: I was cared for from admission formalities to the overall facilities Staff: The staff made me feel comfortable and well-cared for Doctors: l would like to extend my thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff who took care of me Cleanliness: I like that they listen to me and seem genuinely caring about my problems Wait time: We were in and out in under an hour both times, with hardly any wait time Service: The service of the hospital is very good and we are happy with the care given to the patient

Very good hospitality and doctors are awesome and staff is also good in behaviour

Dr is good but not liable to respond to the patients. Even for major query you have to go with the their staff called relative Mr. Mohit jain who don't know what will tell to the dr about your query and respond on his way. No Proffesionalism in terms of services but interms of package of operation they are highly professional and not reducing any money if you have done some same testing from outside. Understanding of patient care no matter. Understanding of their concern no matter. Only matter is money on time rest you see yourself(pre and post operation) On the name of ASG taking patients but everything inside is 4sight eye hospital don't know doing any fraud on the name of ASG. Rates are as per ASG but services are below normal class. They charging room charges Rs. 3000/- in package for full day but you can not ask such question otherwise your are the culprit. Told me they will get insurance panel soon in 1-2 month but almost 6 month gone status is same. Not recommending only because of no other center in Vidisha they are taking benifit of solo player and that is the reason don't bother about reputation and so not providing good services. @ASG eye hospital plz look into the matters else your name will spoil soon.

The hospital and staff is good, doctor's experience is good but she is little arrogant and the biggest thing is that it takes a lot of time here has to wait a lot. 2 star left because of doctor's behavior...

My mother had problem and my uncle suggested me about this hospital and they treated well specially the doctor is well experienced well natured She knows well how to treat patients psychologically too Now my mother is totally fine n satisfied

Doctor is good but management is poor, patients have to wait unnecessarily & most important thing services are not available on Sunday

Doctor knowledge, skills confidence is awesome, but hygiene and hose keeping need to increase, housekeeping were poor , please look into this matter…….
