Overall the service is good, Doctors are good but the only thing is they are asking patients to open their google and their staff is giving ratings on their own from patients phone without taking our consent while we are getting check up done , which is not acceptable. I know ratings are important but you could have just asked for it. Overall Good Experience - Doctors are good and polite but should stop doing such things.

I recently visited your hospital for eye care services, and I wanted to share my experience. I was very impressed with the professionalism and kindness of Dr. Anjali kapase, and Dr. Pramod kapse and the entire staff and Dr. Leena mota. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. However, I noticed that the waiting times in the reception area were quite long, which was a bit challenging. It would be great if there could be more efficient scheduling to reduce wait times for patients.
