Very bad and pathetic about service.. The treatment is good but I had insurance from National Insurance, I had availed the cashless facility and as per the sanction letter I was supposed to pay only 2714 rupees but the staff there who looks after the insurance took 6571 rupees extra from our family and when we asked for the bills they refused to give the bills and then gave the bills when it became very hectic, when I called them for reimbursement the reply from the hospital staff was that no matter what you do the refund does not happen, when I call the hospital insurance cell that call is not picked up, his name is palave, when I tried to contact them on WhatsApp they first replied that you are not eligible for reimbursement then I said I have a proof of transaction and bills . Then I deleted the whole chat very very bad pathetic condition that's why I'm giving only one star

The sequence of the patients are like local shop whoever ask for there turn multiple time they get chance earlier here nurces have gave there here the doctors are good btw there is large queue of patient that make time consuming.i whould have gave 4.5 but doctor themselve gave there hospital review by taking my phone soo I appreciate this behaviour and I keep this as 5 star
