Excellent ambience and very very good collection. I purchased a clip on specs for my wife and a power goggle for myself. The staff of the store was very friend and fun to talk to. Being on the necklace road the location of the store is very convenient. Easy parking in front of the store. The best part of my experience was that, Ms. Aishwarya Jaiswal, the sales person was one of the most proficient one I have ever seen in my life. She was very friendly and having all the know how of the products and frames. Me and my wife both enjoyed our shopping with such a nice sales person. Keep it up the good work. Highly recommended.

I had a disappointing experience with Lenskart Store in Akola. They failed to deliver my order on the promised date and later canceled it without a satisfactory explanation. They said the product was out of stock. How can they take money from a customer and say they will deliver your product within the next 5 days if the product is out of stock? After 17 days, I visited the shop to retrieve the order. They told me that my order was canceled without informing me. They didn't update me with a message or call, and now they are saying we can't refund your money. You have to choose another product from Lenskart. Worst service, worst store, worst Lenskart.

Kindly update your timing to 11:30 AM or 12:00 PM only.... Online it's showing open at 11:00 AM had to wait outside store for 30mins as jhadu poccha is going inside 🤷‍♂️
