My experience with this doctor was truly the worst I've had with any medical professional. The doctor seemed more interested in pushing surgeries than actually providing necessary care. Due to this doctor's negligence, my family member ended up losing an eye, and what made it worse was the complete lack of empathy or remorse from the doctor. The management was also terrible unqualified staff, not even part of the medical group, were administering eye drops until the doctor finally arrived. I strongly recommend avoiding this doctor and encourage others to thoroughly evaluate their options before seeking treatment here.

Due to this doctor's negligence, my father lost one of his eyes, and what's even more distressing is that the doctor showed no remorse. The management was atrocious, with staff members who were not affiliated with the medical group continuously administering eye drops until the doctor arrived. I would strongly advise against seeing this doctor and urge others to carefully consider their options before seeking treatment.

This type of doctors and his treatment are on worst level... and damaging the names of doctor... whom we treat as God... but here treatment and staff even service was extremely worst.... how can someone says here is good service... must check 1st and den visit otherwise there is only reason for patient ... dat was not my fault ?... u r patient must take care .. how ????

"I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Ugale. Due to this my father lost one of his eyes and he failed to explain the results of his eyes and didn't offer any guidance on the next steps. He was just asking for to operate the eye and back to back operations were asked in just a month. The consultation was rushed, and my concerns were dismissed without proper explanation. The office staff was unhelpful and disorganized, also was not that qualified, making scheduling and follow-up appointments a nightmare. I felt that Dr. Ugale was not attentive or empathetic, and I left feeling more confused and anxious than when I arrived. I would never ever recommend anyone to get any kind of treatment from this doctor. Pathetic doctor worse treatment."
