Good Store with lot of variety. Extremely friendly staff. I was very well assited by Ms.Mitali Bhagat and opthalmologist Miss Aarzoo which helped me in my purchase also with my existing spectacles adjustment. Overall a very nice experience thanks to the wonderful staff!

The staff was very friendly specially the manager . I loved the way he understood what i needed and provided the services and his input in the way i look in sunglasses . He was patient with me for 1 hour and value for money product.

Good Ambience, Excellent and helpful staff with proper guidance.

The staff at this Lenskart outlet is extremely unprofessional. They were disorganized, yelling, and all over the place. It took them 40 minutes just to generate the bill after we had reselected our frames. I had to follow up multiple times. Additionally, one of the staff members failed to communicate clearly, which caused me to lose the 60% discount on sunglasses. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, he argued with me and blamed me for supposedly refusing the offer. His question was unclear, whereas a simple “Would you like to add sunglasses to the same order?” would have sufficed. When I later requested him to add the purchase to the existing order (something I have done at other Lenskart stores before), he rudely refused and said, “Yeah, now pay extra.” His attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. This was not the experience I expected as a loyal Lenskart customer and member. Highly disappointing!
