Visited for an eye check-up. While the clinic is well-equipped, the waiting time was too long, and the staff seemed disorganized. Better management and patient care would improve the experience.

Misleading, Unethical & Absolutely Disappointing! This is the SECOND TIME I am facing such an issue with this hospital, and it is beyond frustrating. I had booked free OPD appointments online for my siblings after confirming over a phone call that there would be no charges. I was clearly informed that the appointments were completely free and that self-registration was required online. However, when my siblings reached the hospital, they were charged ₹200 for two appointments. Why? Because what they say on the phone, what they display on their website, and what they actually do in person are completely different things! Let me be very clear – this is NOT about the money. It is about transparency and trust. If a hospital claims an appointment is free, it should be free, no hidden charges, no last-minute changes, no misleading information. I had called on March 7th to reconfirm, and I was told that their system was facing an issue, so I should book online. I did exactly that, yet when my siblings arrived, they were suddenly charged. What’s even worse? This isn’t the first time. Previously, after I left a negative review, someone from the hospital called me, requesting me to remove it because it would "impact them." Instead of fixing their issues, they are more concerned about their online reputation. Now, I have a serious concern..I have personally recommended this hospital to elderly people and those who cannot afford high medical expenses, believing their services were transparent. But what if they have been secretly charged too? There is no guarantee this hasn't happened to others. This is not just unethical but deeply troubling. A healthcare institution should be built on trust, not deception. I have transaction proof this time, and I am NOT removing this review. If you value honesty, transparency, and fairness, avoid this hospital.

Review for Isha Netralay, Ambernath I recently visited Isha Netralay in Ambernath for my mother's cataract surgery. While I found the doctor to be skilled and professional, our overall experience was negatively affected by the behavior of the counselor, Kiran. Unfortunately, I found her to be extremely rude and uncooperative, especially during the paperwork process, which made an already stressful situation even worse. I felt harassed and unsupported, and this left us with a very unpleasant impression of the hospital’s administrative services. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the patient support experience, especially when it comes to dealing with anxious family members and senior patients.

Well experienced Doctor, but operations charges very costly, mediclaims also expensive. Advance payment is necessary, there after reimbursement available the mediclaims pass the amounts dependent. Totally a huge amounts they charged.

Isha Netralay has qualified doctors, good management, and their consultation fees are reasonable. Overall, it's a good hospital. However, one major concern is that they now prescribe a lot of medicines, often recommending specific brands they seem to be tied up with. It gives the impression that the hospital is making money through excessive medical prescriptions. A few years ago, Isha Netralay prescribed only the necessary medicines, but these days, it feels more like a business, with multiple medications recommended even for minor issues. Think about it.

I got free coupon of Retina screening workup from Kalyan, so I decided to visit your Ambernath branch, You have given 5 no on file & Back side of coupon. From that only 1 no is working, On arrival at your Ambernath branch I show them coupon, receptionist told me if you want to meet Dr for retina check up you have to pay Rs 300/- *Being I had a free coupon, I had to pay consulting fee* The check up was Smoth procedure, they have to dilated my eyes from 1:30 pm to 2:45 pm, can you imagine do really it takes 75 min to get eye dilated, half of you staff was roaming from first floor to second floor, was not getting idea what exactly their lunch time is, at 3:45 your staff told me that Retina Dr will take time to come, being from Medical field, I had other commitments also, Unfortunately I had to return without any final no or check up with my file, very very pathetic experience, won't suggest any one to visit atlest Ambernath center
