Worst Experience ever The staff Has Refused to replace and Took guarantee for damage product and I need to resolve complaint they even refused saying I have brought glasses 2 month ago and Warranty is for 6 months

I recently visited Lenskart for an eye checkup and to purchase glares and sunglasses, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Neha. She was incredibly professional and attentive throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Neha for anyone looking for great customer service and expert advice at Lenskart!

Disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your store. I went there to check my eyes and buy new spectacles, but unfortunately I was treated with disrespect by your staff. This is not my first time shopping at Lenskart as I have bought several pairs of glasses in the past. However, this time the staff seemed uninterested. Because of this poor experience I decided to buy my new glasses from another shop where I received better service, good quality and fair prices. Because of this I will no longer buying glasses from Lenskart in the future. I hope you take this complaint seriously.

Poor and Cheap Customer Experience. Very sub-standard quality. Prices have been raised which is beyond expectations. Paper bags are charged extra!!! Not recommended for shopping!
