Regarding Poor Reception Service Dear Dr.Lande Sir (Shree Netralaya Clinic), I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I recently experienced with the receptionist staff at your clinic(city centre). On 21/12/2024, I visited your facility for eye check up, and I found the receptionist service to be unsatisfactory. Specifically: Despite arriving on time for my appointment, I noticed that patients who arrived later than me were allowed into the doctor’s cabin before me. This lack of proper management and disregard for the order of arrival caused unnecessary frustration and delay. I kindly request that you address this matter by reviewing the behavior and processes at the reception. Improved training or clearer procedures might help prevent such incidents in the future. Shree netralaya is a superspeciality Eye Hospital located in Amravati. All staff & Dr Pankaj Lande is very humble and polite. I was there for my sisters Phaco IOL surgery .Our experience is too good to explain. Before surgery Dr Pankaj elaborate all the things very clearly and surgery has been done with in 3 mins. Dr Lande is the best opthalmologist in Vidharbha. People should take the advantage of such a good ,well equipped hospital.

Very good place for LASIK. I stay at Pune. I was having high glass power . I was irritated glasses as I was it since childhood. Dr Pankaj informed me about LASIK, frankly educated me about it and then we did ... Finally no glasses. 2 years back it was done, very comfortable. Just did my check up and dr conformed all going good. Very nice experience with shree netralaya. Definately recommended place. Never thought this treatment will be this successful at Amravati, I will say my results are better than my Pune colleagues who did LASIK there. Thank you Again
