I had a bad experience at this hospital. The doctor checked my mother's eyes and said she needed cataract surgery. He told the nurse to put eye drops and give us counseling, but after waiting for 1.5 hours, nothing happened. Even after requesting twice, the staff ignored us. We finally left without any help. The hospital does not seem to care about its patients, especially elderly ones.
