Hygiene - 2/5 : The assistants are not aware of the safety standards, They are using their smartphones and touching patients's eyes etc. Atleast safety awareness was expected as phone screen has more microbes than toilet seat. Patients having dilated eyes should have have more priority than Local MRs. Restroom Was clean and maintained. Priorities and Queues: Doctor is so considerate with appointments and they take the appointment seriously. Kudos for that. Experience Of First Consultantation : Doctor has less acceptance for any readiness patient might have over the problem he or she is occurring. He listens to the problem, proposes the solution but fails to explain a significant reason to go through the route. Final Verdict: The doctor is new in town, his qualifications are great, he is solving problems and it is good, but patient satisfaction and conveying why doctor is prescribing something is still a goal for the doctor itself. It could be a lot better if doctor has more empathy towards patient and would see through as POV of a helpless Patient not just as a doctor. He is good with Lasik, Cataracts, generic guidance. I hope improvements would be there soon as its the only hospital in district AS CLAIMED* that has retina based services.
