I have Visited here for my father Cataract surgery. Initial appointment has given of 11:30AM but when we arrived here Receptionist said operation will happen only after 1:30PM after finishing of OPD still I have done waiting along with my father even at 3:30PM also operation not completed. if you are going to start operation this much late it should inform earlier why reception person given appointment of 11:30PM. I am totally disappointed with this. Staff don't have time importance as patient and my self are waiting for operation from 11:00am.

Very bad experience I personally do not recommend.Very rude staff behaviour especially reception staff is very uncommon sence.Do not interacting properly with patients. Reception staff do not give appropriate instructions to the patients.Due to all those things I changed optimologist as there are several good doctors around your place.

One of the best hospital for eye surgery in pune district specially in Tal -khed and chakan Area...Dr Bharat raut sir is very best doctor in chakan since from year 2000... Give best treatment to our 3rd generation of my family today... Thank you sir 😊🙏

My brother suyog patange He is suddenly facing a low vision problem at 28 sep Then we meet to dr.bharat raut sir he will checked & suggested to RD surgery. Surgery done by ms.dr.tripti kolhatar Before surgery mam said don't worry I am do my 110% for surgery.. After surgery now my brother is able to see near objects..the surgery is totally successfull this is the effort of ms.tripti mam & mr.bhrat sir Thanku so much mam for this support & Better suggetion also Your team is very co- operative
