I visited in Titan eye chakan just looking for sunglasss but they explain me to check your eye first and after select sunglass. In Eye testing was my best experience in Titan eye Especially Mr kishor was good knowledge and experience ...... Ambience and display is nice.....👍

I have buy the eye glass after checkup. After wearing he eye glasses I was uncomfortable to show from the right side And while I visited the eye glasses show room. They just tolerate me and said thr, go again and chek then come to me. And they said that, the eye glass was Ok. Many more time I said that I am not comfortable to show any thing in right side of eye. But they don't want to listen So, at the last moments I have decide again that, I have check the eye again and after that I will go to the show room. After that thay convey that the eye glasses was wrong. Then they replace it. My concern is only that, as I am a eye glasses wearing person and I said that I am. Ot comfortable.and I had also checked the eye. So, company has to listen and act rather than manipulating the thing. I was so tired to convey him. So as per my review. Customer satisfaction is zero. Need to improve the handle to the customer and trust his estatement. Zero rating I want to give. I am very disappointed from the service. I will never convey and never suggest to any one to Use the product Because of customer handling.
