Today I visited the store, for some fixings in my spectacles. The staff there? Was just wonderful, both Mrs. Mayuri and Mrs. Pooja were there to guide me through the process. They even suggested me different frames that would suit me! The overall experience was so good even though it was for such a short time, yet the service was super fast. Today, I visited the Lenskart store at Sutgirni and had a fantastic experience. Sumit, the salesperson, was extremely helpful in guiding me to find the perfect pair of glasses. His expertise and friendly approach made the process smooth and enjoyable. This is definitely a great place to buy glasses I highly recommend it! I had a great time here, and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

I had a terrible experience at this store. I went there to purchase a product, but the staff was extremely rude. Instead of helping me, they accused me of deliberately removing the color of the frame, which was completely absurd. Their behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never visit this store again. Akashwani store provide much better service and treat customers with respect.

Pathetic, they ignore the incoming people and stays busy which are in store for hours 😂 I gone there last night for a sunglasses no one was listening to me so I tried in store and ordered online instead 😁👍 W lenskart they are better on online platform just go there to see actual product and buy online with huge discount they don't have discount on store
