Not at all satisfied with quality of product. I had purchased an expensive spes and within 7-8 months it broke while rubbing off the glass.Also at time of purchase there was no transparency with the rates. Low quality products are sold at high rates. People nowadays don't know how to create customer value and that is the reason they are moving to online stores like lenskart.
Malshetwar Optical is very good in terms of giving best service to customer. Commitments given to customers are fulfilled resulting retention of lots of customers. They have wide variety of specks and Google's at reasonable rates as compared to other shops in Aurangabad. I have been their customer since last 4 years
