Saswade Eye Clinic

My experience at Saswade Eye Clinic was disappointing. While the doctors might be good, the staff's efficiency was pathetic. Despite arriving on time for my 11:30 AM appointment, I had to wait until 3:30 PM to see the doctor. It was frustrating. They made me do tests before seeing the doctor, which took 3 hours, only to have them misprint as the results. This happened again the next day. The management is clearly lacking. I don't recommend this clinic as the long waits make even the skilled doctors useless.

Worst experience, worst hospital administration, worst hospital staff, worst attitude of doctors, If you are coming in this hospital then be prepared for other illness as well. These people will keep you waiting for minimum 5 hours. The follow VIP culture, and no respect for common patient. Really disgusted by this hospital. coming to this hospital was the greatest mistake.

I waited 5 hours with my old grandpa to get an Anti-VEGF injection in his eye despite having an appointment. He then ended up getting infection in his eye, the infection got so worst that after few months they had to remove one eye. My grandpa is no more now, spent last few years of his life having only one eye. Breaks my heart and boils my blood. I will have a very bad memory of this clinic. Poor management, longer wait times and no quality care.

I might edit this as this is primary review the staff is behaving good taking care of patients. As I have herd the doctor is skilled as well. They have plenty of space for visitors. Water cooler is there but water is not RO not purified. EDIT - Free Tea and coffee is available. Staff and Doctor are Vary helpful.

My experience at Saswade Eye Clinic was disappointing.i have got appointment 11.00 hrs i am sharply reached at 11.00 hrs first check 12.00 hours for next main doctor (OPD)check up evening 05.00 hrs waiting. so bad i have lost my rest time. So disappointed.

Good Hospital.Doctors are very nice and treatment is very good. Waiting periods are very long and bearing.

worst experience terrific management they just give date and you have to get token upon arrival no use of calling early for appointment

Hospital staff is co operative, Dr is one of the best in marathwada. Only its very costly and dont go without Appointment. Monday is reserved only for outstation patients.
