My gums went down from teeth and because of that I was having severe sensitivity with all tooth and also my gums were swelling and bleeding from 8 to 10 months. Sir explained me about first we will go for scaling with full thickness flap surgery by this we will remove all plaque and then after surgery we will place gums little up so that exposed part will get reduced and the remaining exposed part of the teeth will br filled by composite material. Now after one and half month my problem is reduced by 90% and blood from gums is reduced. Vitamin B12 deficiency was also found in me by sir.
