Deore Eye & ENT Hospital

Ent doctor expression is not good.....not properly diagnose........ Not properly appointment...... Doctors take too many vacations for their personal work, which delays patient care. It's my personal experience

Worst Management. Even after taking appointment, your waiting time is about 1:30-2:30 hrs. Just for the normal eye checkup for far vision, they calls you for 2 days. Faced the same delayed appointment issue for those 2 consecutive days.However, Doctor is having good knowledge, need to focus on punctuality

Whole system is money oriented only. I had check up of my father 15 days back, as per rules 100 rs shall be charged for recheck within a month. But as we had softcopy/photos of files, we also had entry in register and doctors computer as well (we didn't brought the file because of this techno savvy system only), still doctor himself said that you have to pay 500rs.

Worst management ever seen, even after taking appointment and token, need to wait for almost 2.30hrs. If you are late then receptionist will say after 5 patients will taken in for checkup, but need to wait for 2 to 3 hours minimum.. Worst patient call and queue management. Doctors are good and knowledgeable.

Medical store owner is Doctor himself as per staff( staff is majlela). Every prescription costs minimum 1000, fees-500. If you go to return medicines then you have to take signature from Doctor. Medical staff is very rude, unprofessionals , manner less…if you enter in a gate then ready to spend minimum 2000

Hospital is clean and well-maintained. Staff is polite and helpful. Doctors are experienced, knowledgable and compassionate. Must Visit!

All doctors are good in deore hospital but receptionist and other staff are not that much supportive also they are not following patients queue instead they are sending there own referrals. My suggestion is that they should be polite and respect patients time.

for normal eye checkup also they are taking too much time, they keep u sitting after checkup also and asks patients to come next day
