I had placed an order for my spectacles on April 12, but I still haven’t received them. I’ve called your store multiple times (at least 5–6 times), yet I haven’t received any proper update. Without even informing me, you cancelled the order, and no refund has been issued either. I even visited the store personally to follow up, but there has still been no progress. Now, after more than a month, I’m being told, “Sorry, it will take another 4–5 days”? This level of service is completely unacceptable. Please note that this spectacles are for my uncle and he is a professional welder, and due to this delay, he has faced serious inconvenience in his work. His customer base is quite large, and this issue has directly affected his ability to serve them. I expect you to take this matter very seriously and compensate me for the delay and inconvenience caused. I am requesting a penalty or reimbursement for the trouble I’ve had to face due to your negligence.

The shop provided exceptional service during my recent visit. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the repair process. They were able to quickly assess the damage and provide a fair quote for the repair. I was impressed with the efficiency and quality of the repair work. I highly recommend this shop for any glass repair needs.
