Vivekanand hospital has latest technology and Dr Virendra Roda has a very friendly nature which comforts the patients and their families. He possess the expertise in his field. Regarding insurance I did not have to fill a single form or document, the hospital took care of it all, thanks to Ritesh who made it possible in very less time. Also the hospital is very clean and has calm vibe. The staff is polite and helpful in nature. Thanks!

Don't care about patients time, if doctor is not available then patient should be informed about that so that they can come later and not waste their time by sitting hours in waiting area. Receptionist is the worst. They take money first while taking money they will tell your number will come in few minutes and if you waited for hours and doesn't want to check and go from there, they will not return your money.

His expertise gave us confidence throughout the process. Dr. Tara: Provided insightful and thorough consultations, addressing all our concerns with clarity and professionalism. Support Staff and Care Unit: The support staff and care unit, though relatively new, have been exceptionally caring and attentive. I would like to give special mention to Ritesh Kuwar, who manages the documentation process. Ritesh was highly cooperative, working closely with both patients and their relatives to ensure all paperwork was handled smoothly. He provided clear summaries and organized all necessary documents for the claim process, which was immensely helpful. Overall Experience: Our overall experience at Hospital has been positive. While it is still too early to comment on the long-term impact of the surgery, the professionalism and care provided by the medical and support teams have been commendable. Very good experience... Excellent guidence and good behaviour of staff I am a army ritered person, my sugrey is done in VIVEKANAND EYE HOSPITAL, DHULE, MAHARASHTRA in ECHS scheme.
