Very disappointing experience. Despite being a very expensive clinic, the staff lacks basic humanity. A small child got their finger stuck in a glass door, and shockingly, no one came forward to help or even address the issue. Everyone just watched without concern. If a clinic cannot show basic compassion, then the quality of the facility is irrelevant. I strongly recommend not visiting this clinic. The staff behavior was extremely unprofessional and insensitive.

I visited Anil Eye Hospital for my mom's eye check-up and we had a very good experience. The staff here is very polite, friendly, and gave personal attention throughout the process. My mom underwent an eye pressure test along with other tests using eye drops. The hospital is well-equipped with modern technology. The doctor was soft-spoken, explained the eye condition in detail, and cleared all our doubts patiently. Overall, we are very satisfied with their service and highly recommend Anil Eye Hospital for eye care.

Got good consultation from doctors however need to improve on appointment scheduling. Yesterday I visited clinic and took appointment but no one informed that doctor is available. Later when I called receptionist said now appointment not possible. Also she said I need to wait for 1hr for some drops etc, but actually that was not required in my case as I was suffering from conjunctivitis. So I lost my one day to schedule appointment and today I got appointment and it was hardly 10mins job to prescribe medicines. So there is need to train receptionist so that they understand whome to ask for wait and whome not to.

Neat, nice, and clean, very polite and helpful reception, and the doctor and optometrist explained everything and advised further action. But they didn't give me the prescription for the drops or medicines or for the glasses, which were sent directly to the shops. Besides they said my wife needs to get cataract surgery done and one immediately. Went to two different places where they said it was not required !

We had eye check for my MIL they didn't charge any thing foe senior citizens n give the best treatment
