Dr. Chheda Tushar Khetshi

I was waiting in the queue with my 15-month-old baby for 1.5 hours. He was getting restless and started crying. There was no room available to breastfeed him. I even requested the receptionist (Sakshi) to ask the doctor to consider checking him sooner, but she insisted that I wait in the queue for another hour. This felt like very heartless behavior. I have been a regular patient of Dr. Chheda, but this was a very disappointing experience.

Worst experience ever. Our entire family is visiting this doctor since ages, literally. But today I genuinely felt that it's really immaterial that how talented is the doctor or how successful and popular is he in the town. All matters is how well any person behave with anyone and I think any doctor is the best example for this. But on the flip side if the doctor himself behaves in an arrogant and rude manner then inspite of his talent he calls for curses of the patient and percolates the same arrogant attitude into the staff. If doctor himself says that I don't need you and you have come to me because you are in need, then it doesn't seem any doctor's language. I have never seen such a rude doctor and his staff. I think they are in need of good doctor and a counselor. No empathy even for a small abnormal child. Such a terrible attitude. No humanity and that too to a doctor. Won't visit him forever

I am myself a medical doctor and was referred here by some other doctor. I do not want to give even one star for Dr. Chheda. He is the most rude and arrogant doctor I have met in my life till date. I visited his clinic today along with my father, an old man. Dr. Chheda not only talked rudely and shouted at my father twice but also shouted at me and talked rudely with me for no good reason. If a patient does something wrong, a doctor should not shout at him right away. I stayed polite through the entire consultation. But later I regretted for not giving a piece of my mind to him for his arrogant behavior towards his patients and relatives, even if they are from a family of doctors. Also, there is no appointment system here. It is by first-cum-first basis which is a pathetic arrangement in this digital world. You will have to wait for hours. I advise you to go for other doctors, which you will find around, if you do not want to feel insulted inspite of paying a good amount for a five to six minutes of consultation. There is only one positive review (seems paid) about him on google and most of the reviews are talking about his arrogance, which I absolutely agree with.

Very arrogant doctor. Even if he seems to have good knowledge, he should learn manners to talk to parents of kids who are his patient. Even after charging his fee, he will tell you not to bother him even if his treatment is going on. He is the worst doctor anyone would experience.

Iam giving 2 stars mainly due to the arrogant brat called pravin who is the assistant of Dr Chheda. This person is full of attitude thinks patient is fool. He thinks he only must talk and patients should always just listen. It is better for Dr Chheda if he removes this person or else doctor will lose a lot of reputation through this person

After a disappointing visit to a "digitally decorated" eye hospital in Dombivli, I needed a second opinion. And I decided to consult Dr. Chheda. If he wasn't my first choice, the deterrents were the difficulty in getting an appointment, and when you finally got it sharing your session with 2 other patients overhearing your interaction with the doctor. Well, 20 years (after my first visit) do not seem to have brought about any change in this method. To add to this woe, is the guy at the reception who seemed a "super specialist" in boorish behaviour and attitude. But these drawbacks recede, once you get to meet Dr. Chheda. He is thorough in his examination, confident in his line of treatment, and reasonable in his consultation charges. Based on my latest experience, I would say, whatever be the irritants, Dr. Chheda is undoubtedly the safest Opthalmologist in Dombivli.

Excessively worst experience, As I came here for my wife cataract treatment, he disappointed me by telling- " There is no guarantee of successful cataract surgery but will do it" Nature is quite rude instead of being polite. I just recommend every patient to contact another Dr. For your cataract treatment.

Worst experience after checking my eyes the no's he gave were totally incorrect when I ordered eye lens ( progressive lens) I was not able to see so the optician himself rechecked my eyes in his shop and found the no's given by the doctor were wrong I had to reordered new eye lens and suffered a loss of Rs4500 I suggest everyone to plz recheck your eyes at the optician were you order your lens Visit eye surgeon only for other issues AVOID THIS DOCTOR TOTALLY HE WAS ATTAINING 3 PATIENTS SIMULTANEOUSLY NOT GIVING SUFFICIENT TIME FOR NEW PATIENTS
