I felt the difference in my new glasses suggested by the team member. Mr. Bhalerao and the lady who test eyes attended us warmly. Suggestive and untiring in answering queries. I bought spectacles from a shop in Dombivli. After the lenses were made, I later realized there was a mistake. I got them checked by a doctor and confirmed that the prescription was incorrect. However, the store refused to accept their mistake. Instead, they gave vague explanations, saying that the variation is normal and cannot be made accurate. This kind of excuse is unacceptable. I strongly recommend not buying spectacles from this shop in Dombivli. They charge high prices and provide no proper service.

Yesterday I came to buy a glass for myself in your Dombivli outlet , but the budget was too high for me . I told the staff about budget and he asked me did you come petrol or what so arrogant. I would request strict action the staff Mr Chirag Shah . I would not recommend the brand to anyone 😠
