Always a good & stress free experience in this store - Raaju sir has been very helpful for my orders and especially the last moment ones. It's been more than 4 years me shopping here. I like how the staff makes me feel like their family. Lenskart is definitely winning more customers through hiring accurate people.

I've purchased for the very first time. Purchased 2 specs and it has started giving problems the very next day. One, I've got replaced and now, the second one that I had purchased earlier is also troubling me. Very poor experience for me.

I had been to this shop yesterday the sales guys were not intrested in selling i waited for 10 mins they were nt ready to talk .. a family entered behind me and they had word with them .. very rude behaviour

I visited the Lenskart store on 10th of august in Dombivli with my sister around 9:15 PM, just before the closing time at 9:30 PM. Unfortunately, most of the staff seemed uninterested in assisting us and kept asking us to come back the next day. Their rushed behavior was disappointing and did not value my time. However, one employee, Mahesh Kanojiya, stood out. Despite the late hour and his own closing duties, he patiently helped us and maintained a calm, professional, and generous attitude. His dedication made the experience worthwhile, and I left the store feeling satisfied with my purchase. Lenskart should recognize and appreciate such motivated employees like Mahesh for their exemplary behavior and strong work ethic. It’s employees like him who truly represent the brand and deserve promotions, unlike the rest of the unmotivated staff.

Great customer service. Staffs are polite and helpful... They helped me to choose the perfect frame .. although I tried n no. Of frames still they patiently waited n helped me. I really liked their customer service.
